Relay hall, THE PERFECT SOLUTION FOR SETTING UP YOUR BUSINESS
IDELUX, Belgian Luxembourg’s economic Development Agency, offers companies relay halls that are available to hire. There are around forty of them, all over the Province of Belgian Luxembourg.
These buildings are fully equiped. They feature both administrative spaces (office, meeting room, bathrooms, kitchenette etc.) and a hall ranging from 200m² to 650m².
In general, a relay hall is based in a business park, which means that you can also forge relationships with your neighbours and (why not?) do business with them.
New units will be built in the next few years in Arlon, Aubange, Florenville, Léglise, Libin, Marche-en-Famenne and Saint-Hubert.
THE MUSSON Relay Hall
In the centre of Baranzy in the south of Belgian Luxembourg, this relay hall covers 626m², 138m² of which is for administrative use (offices, meeting room, catering area, etc.). It was built in 2011.
Unique feature: it is built with a wooden frame and reflects the principles of sustainable development (insulation, blending into the landscape, compliant U coefficient, sustainable materials etc.).

A relay hall IN WEX in MARCHE
This is another fully equipped relay hall, covering 540m², with parking and a manoeuvring area. It enjoys a fantastic location on the Wex à Marche-en-Famenne business park, close to the town centre, the N4 (Arlon-Namur) and the N63 (Liège).
