In 2024, Longlier will be welcoming the arrival of a new business park as an extension to the Semel park (which is currently full). In Bertrix, interested businesses will be able to move into the extension to the Corettes park in 2023-2024. On the Saupont site, the former sawmill, Comes, will be enjoying a makeover. In Léglise and Saint-Hubert, two business incubators, each one covering a surface area of 250m², will soon be available (in 2021).
ARDENNE LOGISTICS, A SAFE BET
Of the parks in Centre Ardenne, Ardenne Logistics (85 hectares totally dedicated to logistics) boasts some undeniable benefits. Close to the main markets in Western Europe, it has direct links to the E25 and E411 motorways, and enjoys bimodal rail/road access to 58 million consumers within 4½ hours. As well as this, there are 4 international airports nearby (Brussels, Brussels South, Liège-Bierset and Luxembourg-Findel).
