Luxembourg Province, a conscious decision
Helped by the IDELUX Group when it came to setting up and financing, it was in 1997 that the family business started operating from the Marloie 2 business park, thanks in particular to a property lease obtained from IDELUX Finances.
To meet the growing demand for storage, since 2015, Ets Guy Magermans has also been renting space in the Famenne Quartier d’entreprises, a former industrial site used by the Résimobil plant, redeveloped as 9 incubator facilities by IDELUX.
Working in Namur, Ciney, Libramont, Arlon and Walloon Brabant, the company enjoys the perfect location between Brussels and Luxembourg, allowing it to continue to grow as a logistics partner.
